What do “English Public,” “English Catholic,” “French Public,” and “French Catholic” have in common? All four are types of schools you can find in Ontario and our City.

Catholic schools offer education with a religious component. All schools include both of Canada’s official languages in their teaching, but the amount of each language you learn is different in each school. Public schools offer French Immersion within an English environment teaching French as a second language. Francophone schools provide an all-French environment teaching French as a first language.

Are you a student? What type of school do you attend?
